Service Fees and Terms

Consulting                $15.00 Hour Consultation will be required when extended genealogies (over three generations) are requested. Transcriptions                 $25.00 Page Deed Research                 $ 35.00 Hour Abstracts will be included Probate Research                 $ 35.00 Hour Abstracts will be included Specific records Research                 $25.00 Hour Specific Generation Reports                 $35.00 Hour Extended Genealogies                Price determined at consultation Mileage outside of Columbus will be charged at 45 cents per mile One copy of original document will be included (b/w) extra copies .20 cents per page Certified Copies will be charged at cost Postage will be charged at current first class rate Extra rates will apply for special delivery (next day, fed-ex etc.) A research plan outlining specific research goals, specified reports and time  limitations will be submitted to each client. This must be returned with deposit prior to research being started. Deposit will be 50% of set research fee not including Postage, mileage, extra copies etc. (one hour minimum). A research log will be provided with final report. This log will include document sources and associated repository contact information and time records. A final invoice will also be included. Payment in full will be required within fifteen days of receipt.
